Created by the insatiable founders of The Cheesecake Factory®, Grand Lux Cafe first opened in Las Vegas at the famed Venetian Resort, Hotel and Casino, and was inspired by extensive European travel exploring Italian trattorias, French bistros and the grand cafes and pastry shops of Vienna. Blending the grandeur and luxury of European cafes with the sensibilities and spirit of an all-American restaurant, the upscale-casual eatery offers guests a unique dining experience from cuisine to décor.
Grand Lux Cafe's menu spans the globe, with lavish dishes that feature seductive flavor profiles and world-class cooking techniques. Asian Short Rib Tacos, Buffalo Chicken Bites™, and Empanadas are a few of the selections from our Small Plates Section section. Other popular dishes that showcase Grand Lux Cafe’s unique culinary approach include Crispy Caramel Chicken, and Indochine Shrimp and Chicken, blending Chinese and Indian flavors. Fresh seafood, Braised Pot Roast, and slow-roasted Ribs, in addition to crisp salads, and comforting soups can be found on the pages of the menu. For a grand finale to the meal, Grand Lux Cafe has an in-house bakery, where desserts like Molten Chocolate Cake and a Box of Warm Homemade Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies are served warm, right from the oven.
The visual experience transitions from the creative food presentation to the lavish interior design of each Grand Lux Cafe. Most of the restaurants feature sumptuous fabrics and textures and polished marble floors and table tops. Hand-blown glass fixtures and intricate mosaics evoke a feeling of whimsy and individuality. The two most recent Grand Lux Cafe restaurants have moved in a new design direction, incorporating inlaid leather seating, warm wood paneling, colorful drum lamp shades and roaring fireplaces. With open kitchens and expansive windows, the dining room feels clean and modern, while also warm and inviting.
