Visiting Our Restaurants

Do you accept reservations?

Select restaurants accept reservations. Check to see if your local restaurant accepts reservations on our Locations page or call for details.

When is a good time to visit if I don’t have a lot of time?

Arrive early or dine late! Most restaurants are busiest from 12:00PM – 2:00PM and 6:00PM – 8:00PM on weekdays. Weekends can be busy all day. Also, almost everything on our menu can be ordered as takeout by phone or at our To Go/Bakery Counter.

Can you accommodate large parties? Private functions?

Yes, our open floor plans allow us to easily accommodate large parties. Some of our restaurants have banquet space available for private parties, wedding receptions, entertaining and meetings. See our Locations page or call your local restaurant for details.

Do you have takeout? Delivery?

Almost our entire menu is available for takeout. You may place your order in advance by calling the restaurant directly or by ordering at the To Go/Bakery Counter when you arrive. Sorry, we do not offer delivery.

Do you cater?

At this time we do not offer catering.

Do you do anything special for guests celebrating a birthday or other special occasion?

Grand Lux Cafe is the perfect place to celebrate! If someone in your party is celebrating a birthday, let your server know and the birthday guest will be presented with an Edible Birthday Card.

Do you serve Weekend Brunch?

We offer an amazing Brunch every Saturday and Sunday. To see when Brunch is served at your local restaurant, visit our Locations page. In addition to our whole page of special Weekend Brunch items, our entire menu is also available.

What is the dress code?

We are an upscale, casual dining restaurant. Be comfortable and feel free to come as you are!

Can you accommodate strollers and wheelchairs?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate.

Are service animals allowed?

We welcome all service animals in all our restaurants. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Is it OK to bring babies and children?

Absolutely! If you need a kids’ menu, high chair or booster seat, please ask your host or server. We have changing tables for infants in both men’s and women’s restrooms (or in our family restrooms). We also offer Wikki Stix for children 3 years or older to enjoy.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

At this time our restaurants do not offer Wi-Fi.

What’s on your menu?

Choose from more than 150 menu items including appetizers, salads, pizzas, pastas, fish and seafood, steaks, burgers, sandwiches, eggs and omelettes, weekend brunch and our baked to order desserts. The entire menu is available all day. Our portions are large, but we don’t charge for sharing. Whether you’re hosting a business lunch or celebrating with the whole family, we have something everyone.

How much does it usually cost for lunch or for dinner? Drinks?

Our entire menu is available all day. Lunch selections start at $8.95 and are available until 5:00PM. Dinner selections start at $10.95. Minis, Bites and Tapas as well as Appetizers start at $4.95 and are perfect for sharing. Desserts start at $6.95, but may vary by location. Prices for alcoholic beverages vary by location, and wines by the glass start at $8.95.

Do you have menus in other languages or formats?

All restaurants have large print and Braille menus. Please ask your server for details.

How often do you change your menu?

We update our menu twice a year to keep our selections fresh and exciting for all our guests.

Is there a kids’ menu?

Grand Lux Cafe offers a Kids' Menu with items such as Mini Burgers, Chicken Fingers, Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Pasta, Quesadilla and Grilled Chicken. For dessert, we offer an Ice Cream Sandwich and a Kids Hot Fudge Sundae.

Where can I find nutritional information?

We take pride in serving only the freshest and finest ingredients available. Everything on our menu is made from scratch in-house every day so that we can maintain the highest food quality standards. At this time, we do not provide this information on our website.

Do you have special menus for guests with food sensitivities?

We offer a variety of substitution options and always do our best to accommodate special requests to prepare your meal just the way you like it. All our restaurants offer gluten free options. When ordering, please inform your server of your needs and we will try to accommodate.

Gift Cards

Do you sell gift cards?

We proudly offer traditional plastic gift cards on our website or at any of our restaurants. Or you can send an eGift Card by email anytime. Click here to visit our Gift Cards page.

How do I check the balance on my gift card?

To check the balance on your gift card, please call our gift card hotline at 1-888-464-0359, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or visit any Grand Lux Cafe restaurant.

May I use my Cheesecake Factory gift card at Grand Lux Cafe or vice versa?

The Cheesecake Factory gift cards may only be used at The Cheesecake Factory restaurants and Grand Lux Cafe gift cards may only be used at Grand Lux Cafe restaurants.

What do your restaurants do with extra food?

Grand Lux Cafe is doing its part to help fight hunger. The Harvest Food Donation Program collects and donates surplus food from our restaurants to feed hungry people. Because we prepare everything on the menu using fresh ingredients delivered daily, we donate goods that no longer meet our gold standard, but are still wholesome and entirely consumable to agencies that support local soup kitchens, shelters, transitional housing and after-school programs.

Do you make charitable donations?

We established The Oscar & Evelyn Charitable Foundation to unite our caring and conscientious staff members in charitable causes. Our Foundation donates to non-profit hunger organizations and other charities to support communities throughout America. We also give back to our communities all year long by donating gift cards to various charitable groups and events. Please contact the General Manager at your local restaurant for information. Please note that none of our restaurants makes cash donations or sponsors events.
